Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it effortless.
Return Window
You may request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order, unless a longer timeframe is noted on the products page. Return eligibility varies by item, so please refer to each product page for details.
How to Request a Return
- Log in to your profile and submit a return request for each item.
- Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
- Returns must be shipped using the provided return label.
- Items that don’t meet these criteria will not be accepted.
Final Sale Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
Shipping Errors or Damages
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as possible—we’ll make it right. We’re here to help and want every piece to feel just as good as it looks. Email us at: info@thetaniacollection.com with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Processing & Refunds
- Returns are processed within 2–5 business days of receipt.
- Refunds are issued after inspection, minus return shipping costs.
- Some items may qualify for free return shipping—check product pages for details.
