Return Window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return
Log in to your account and submit a return request for each item. Approvals are issued within 1 business day. You’ll receive a prepaid return label by email. Ship your return within 7 days, as labels expire.

Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Shoes must be tried on indoors on a clean carpeted surface to prevent scuffing and preserve their condition. All returns must be sent using the return label we provide. Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and any product marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Our team will review your claim and ensure it is resolved promptly and appropriately.

Processing & Refunds
Returns are processed within 2–5 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Return shipping fees may apply and vary by item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, and timing varies depending on your bank.
