Returns/Refunds
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please follow the instructions below and we will issue a return label after inspection.
Return Request: A return request may be made via “My Account” within seven (7) business days of receipt and a refund will be issued minus return shipping costs.
Eligibility: In order to be eligible for a return, all return items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached. Returns will only be accepted via the provided shipping return label.
Please Note: The following categories are final sale and non-returnable:
- Intimates (Lingerie, Bodysuits)
- Swimwear
- Jewelry
Shipping Errors or Damages: Notify us within 7 business days for assistance.
Return Process: Return items within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
Refund: Issued after item inspection, minus return shipping costs.
Non-compliance: Orders not meeting the criteria above will be declined.
Processing Time: Allow 5-7 business days after we receive the return for processing.
Refund Posting: The time for the refund to appear may vary based on your bank.
