Love it or return it—hassle-free. We stand behind every piece and make returns simple so you can shop with confidence.

Return Window
Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return labels expire 7 days after issue.

How to Request a Return
Log in to your account, submit a return request for each item, and we'll send you a prepaid return label with instructions once approved.

Eligibility Requirements
Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns must use the provided label. Items not meeting these criteria cannot be accepted.

Final Sale Items
Sale items, gift cards, and products marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@thetaniacollection.com with your order number and a photo—we'll make it right.

Processing & Refunds
Returns are processed within 2–5 business days of arrival. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once inspected. A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
