P.O. Boxes: We do not take responsibility for shipping to P.O. Boxes due to courier restrictions; certain items may not be eligible for P.O. Box delivery.

Lost Packages: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for lost or stolen packages. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage. Please check your mailbox and contact your mail courier for any issues.

Incorrect Addresses: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable locations will be refunded.
