The Ritual kit is the perfect way to elevate your skincare routine. We want to provide you with the tools to apply your mask—and an intention to create more space for yourself. You can add a ritual kit to either a subscription or a one-time purchase. The Ritual kit does not include a face mask.
Merigold is honored to be working with Andi from Good Hearted Woman. She has handcrafted each ritual bowl in her studio in Denver, CO. We selected a wooden spoon, which is important to use anytime you are using clay in a mask (which some of our masks have as an ingredient). You always want to avoid using metal with clay.
Shipping: Calculated at checkout.
Return window: 30 days. As a small, growing business, we are unable to cover return shipping costs at this time. Refunds are available for unused, unopened, and undamaged products only. Refunds cover the product cost only and do not include original shipping fees.

What is the return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If it’s not quite right, returning it is simple:
- Return windows vary by item — check the product page for specific details.
- Items must be unworn and have tags attached.
- Start your return by logging into your account and visiting our Returns Portal. Just follow the prompts — it’s quick and stress‑free.

Are any purchases final sale?
Some items are marked as final sale on product pages and cannot be returned. Additionally, the following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure about a product or need clarification before purchasing, don’t hesitate to reach out.
When will I get my order?
We’ll process your order within 1–3 business days, and most packages arrive in 3–7 business days. As soon as it ships, you’ll receive tracking details. Please note that weekends and holidays don’t count toward processing times.
How do I find the right size?
Sizes, fit notes and measurements are listed on each product page to help guide you. Please follow each product’s measurements to ensure a proper fit. If you’re unsure or a sizing description isn't available, please reach out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you may request a change or cancellation by emailing us at info@thetaniacollection.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note, once an item has been processed for shipping, we may not be able to cancel the order.
